About Me
My Practice
My practice is deeply anchored in advocacy for social justice and feminism, ensuring that every individual—regardless of background—can access the support they need to thrive. I recognize that our healing journeys are not just personal—they’re also intertwined with the societal structures that shape our experiences. By acknowledging systemic influences and challenging oppressive narratives, we can work together to reclaim your narrative and empower you to live in alignment with your authentic self.
Who I Support
I have a passion for working with women, neurodiverse individuals, teens, children, foster parents, and members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Being a women with my own mental health journey it exposed so many areas in which our system of supports falls through, the lack of research, and understanding of women’s health overall. My purpose is to support, advocate, and educate the community, especially women and young girls about their body, mind, hormones, and more.
My Experience
I have a masters degree in Counselling Psychology, I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Counselling Therapist. Before I started my journey of being a therapist I worked in the field of Child and Youth Care at group homes, resources centres, treatment centres, and more. This gave me essential experiences to truly understand everyone’s healing journey is different and needs support in various ways. Recognizing that safety and connection are needs, not a privilege.
