Individual Counselling
Individual counselling offers a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges with a compassionate therapist. I am a trauma informed therapist with anti-oppressive and feminist framework.
I incorporate the following modalities of Narrative Therapy, Ego States Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution Focused Therapy, and more into our work together to make sure that your healing journey is the best choice for you.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based therapy. It uses gentle, guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess painful memories, reducing their emotional power and allowing new, healthier perspectives to emerge.

Play Therapy & Sandplay Therapy
Child-Centred Play therapy is an expressive, therapy especially helpful for children. It allows them to feel like the expert of their life story. Using toys, figures, and symbolic play, children can safely express emotions, process difficult experiences, and find inner solutions. Support and intervention from the therapist can help learn healthy coping skills, ability to process/regulate emotions, and communicate child’s worldview to caregivers.

Sandplay is used all ages as a creative method allowing the unconscious to speak, promoting deep emotional healing and integration.
Somatic Attachment Therapy
Somatic attachment therapy focuses on the deep connection between the body and emotional experiences, especially those shaped by early relationships. This approach gently helps clients become more aware of bodily sensations, nervous system responses, and patterns of relating. By working through the body, it supports healing attachment wounds, increasing emotional regulation, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection to self and others.
